摘要
运用文献资料法、对比分析法等,研究体育社会组织社会责任的基本内涵并提出实践策略。主要结论:体育社会组织社会责任可概括为政治导向责任、经济发展责任、社会建设责任、文化繁荣责任和国际交流责任5个方面,具有体育治理和服务群众、刺激消费和创造价值、加强和创新社会治理、弘扬体育文化和精神、推动世界友好往来的重要作用。实践策略:加强政策法规的制度保障,完善组织的自我管理,提升组织的服务能力,推进组织的社会化市场化运作,主动融入体育与社会治理。
Using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis,this article researched the basic connotations of social responsibilities of sports social organizations and put forward practical strategies.Main conclusions:social responsibilities of sports social organizations can be summarized as five aspects,including political orientation responsibility,economic development responsibility,social construction responsibility,cultural prosperity responsibility and international communication responsibility.Sports social organizations help serve the people,stimulate consumption,develop sports culture and spirit,promote friendly communication between China and the outside world,strengthen and innovate social governance and sports governance.Suggestions:we should strengthen the guarantee of policy and law,integrate sports into social governance actively,enhance service ability,improve selfmanagement and the operation of socialization and marketization of sports social organizations.
