摘要
[目的]对心脏病病人学习需求量表(Cardiac Patients Learning Needs Inventory,CPLNI)进行汉化,并在冠心病病人中检验其信效度。[方法]征得原量表作者同意后,对英文版CPLNI量表进行翻译、回译、专家评议和跨文化调试形成中文版量表。选取郑州市某3所三级甲等医院冠心病病人479例,使用中文版CPLNI量表对病人进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。[结果]中文版CPLNI量表包括6个维度、43个条目。内容效度指数为0.926,探索性因子分析提取6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为68.659%。总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.912,重测信度良好。[结论]中文版CPLNI量表具有良好的信效度,适合我国冠心病病人学习需求的评估。
Objective:To translate the Cardiac Patients Learning Needs Inventory(CPLNI)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity in patients with coronary heart disease.Method:After obtaining the consent of the author of the original scale,the Chinese version of CPLNI was formed by adopting forward and back translation,experts review,and cross⁃cultural semantic equivalence assessment.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of CPLNI were tested by means of questionaire among 479 patients with coronary heart disease from 3 tertiary grade A hospitals form Zhengzhou city.Results:The Chinese version of CPLNI included 6 dimensions,involving 43 items.The content validity index(CVI)was 0.926.Exploratory factor analysis(EFA)extracted 6 common factors,whose cumulative contribution of variance accounted to 68.659%.The Cronbach'sαcoefficients of the total scale was 0.912.The result indicated that the scale had a good retest reliability.Conclusion:The Chinese version of CPLNI is reliable and valid,which can be used as an instrument for assessing the learning needs of coronary heart disease patients in China.
