摘要
探讨在HC500型精梳机上采用前进给棉方式的生产效果。在HC500型精梳机上采用不同的给棉方式、给棉长度、落棉隔距进行了系列对比试验。实践证明:采用前进给棉、4.7 mm的给棉长度,台时产量可提高6.5 kg,落棉率减少2.94个百分点,成纱质量保持稳定。认为:采用前进给棉方式能达到高产、低落棉、低耗能的目的。
Production effect of forward cotton feeding method on HC500 comber was discussed.A series of comparative tests were carried out on HC500 comber using different cotton feeding methods,cotton feeding lengths and noil gauges.Practice proved that output per machine per hour can be increased 6.5 kg,waste percentage was re⁃duced 2.94 percentage points and yarn quality remained stable when forward cotton feeding method was adopted and cotton feeding length was 4.7 mm.It is considered that the purpose of higher yield,lower waste percentage and lower energy consumption can be achieved by adopting forward cotton feeding method.
