浅议智慧型织造工厂生产模式

Discussion on Production Mode of Intelligent Weaving Factory

探讨智慧型织造工厂实施的可行性及效果。在分析具体技术方案及应具备的技术特点的基础上,对智慧型织造工厂进行了初步构架,并与传统织造工厂生产模式进行了对比。指出:通过针对性研发,智慧型织造工厂具有一定可行性,在降低用工成本、提升效率方面具有优势。认为:发展智慧型织造工厂符合纺织业发展方向。

Feasibility and effect of intelligent weaving factories implementation were discussed.Based on analy⁃sis of specific technology solutions and technology characteristics,a preliminary structure of intelligent weaving facto⁃ry was carried out and compared with production mode of traditional weaving factory.It was pointed out that through targeted research and development,intelligent weaving factory had certain feasibility and had advantages in reducing labor costs and improving efficiency.It is considered that development of intelligent weaving factories is in line with the development direction of textile industry.
