Research and Comparative Analysis of Science and Technology Innovation Policy in Nanjing

科技创新是国家和地区发展的重要驱动力。通过对南京市科技创新政策体系的解读,对比深圳、杭州、武汉等三个科创先行城市,指出南京科创政策需要进一步增强科技创新政策支持的灵活性、地方财政补贴的目标导向性和科创人才的针对性,深化金融政策的融合支持,以激发南京市科技创新活力,提升企业自主创新能力,促进科技创新成果转化。

Scientific and technological innovation is a crucial driving force for national and regional development.By interpreting the policy system of scientific and technological innovation in Nanjing,and comparing with that in Shenzhen,Hangzhou and Wuhan which are called innovative pioneering cities.This paper points out that the policy of scientific and technological innovation in Nanjing needs to further improve the flexibility of policy support,strengthen the target orientation of local financial subsidies,enhance the pertinence of scientific and technological innovation talents,and deepen the integration support of financial policies in order to stimulate scientif ic and technological innovation in Nanjing.In turn to enhance the ability of independent innovation of enterprises and promote the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements.
