摘要
目的 :探讨反思性学习在《刺法灸法学》温针灸教学中的应用效果。方法 :将30名针灸推拿学专业某班学生随机分为对照组和实验组各15人,在温针灸的教学中,分别采用常规教学方式和常规教学加全过程反思性学习方式进行教学实践,章节学习结束后进行操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills, DOPS)。结果 :实验组DOPS总评分、测试项目Ⅰ和测试项目Ⅱ均显著优于对照组。结论 :全过程应用反思性学习能显著提高学生的学习效能,有助于培养学生精益求精的职业习惯,可在《刺法灸法学》等学科中推广使用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of reflective learning in warm acupuncture teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion law.Methods:Thirty students in a class of acupuncture and massage major were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 15 students each.In the teaching of warm acupuncture,routine teaching method or routine teaching plus the reflective learning of whole process were used for teaching practice,and direct observation of technical skills(DOPS)was carried out after chapter learning.Results:The total DOPS score,test item I and test item II were significantly better in the experimental group than the control group.Conclusion:The application of reflective learning of whole process can significantly improve the learning efficiency of students and is of benefit to cultivating the professional habit of students to strive for perfection,which can be popularized in such disciplines as acupuncture and moxibustion law.
