猪口蹄疫O型、A型二价合成肽疫苗(多肽2700+2800+MM13)的动物检验 被引量:2

摘要 通过接种小鼠、豚鼠和仔猪,检验3个批次猪口蹄疫O型、A型二价合成肽疫苗的安全性和免疫效力。检验结果表明:3批疫苗对小鼠、豚鼠未见任何局部和全身反应,对仔猪未出现任何口蹄疫症状和因注射疫苗引起的毒性反应。3批疫苗每头份的PD50为13.59~15.59,疫苗攻毒保护效力批次间稳定且高于我国口蹄疫疫苗6 PD50/头份的质量标准。
