摘要
随着直升机使用地域不断扩大,复合材料桨叶使用的自然环境也越来越恶劣。在总结复合材料桨叶使用现状的基础上,对其增重、密封、前缘包铁脱粘和裂纹、桨根衬套腐蚀等主要问题进行了原因分析。针对桨叶增重问题,从安全性、维护性和新研防护涂层方面提出了保证桨叶正常使用的措施;针对密封问题,从总体、结构、选材和维护等方面对密封构件的设计提出了应重点考虑的内容;针对前缘包铁脱粘和裂纹问题,从设计和工艺上给出了改进的方向;针对桨根衬套腐蚀问题,按已交付和新生产两种情况给出了处理措施;最后对桨叶防护设计提出了几点想法。
Application region is becoming larger for helicopter,and working conditions is becoming atrocious for composite material blade.The paper based on the applications actuality of composite material blade,provided analysis of some malfunction including weight increase,hermetic closure,leading edge protection delamination and crack,iron rusts.For weight increasing,provided countermeasurebased on safety,maintenance and new coat.For hermetic closure,providedcountermeasure based oncollectivity,configuration,material andmaintenance.For leading edge protection,providedcountermeasure based on design and technics.For iron rusts,providedcountermeasure based on old and new product.At last,provided some suggestion.
