阀控铅酸蓄电池备品管理制度的研究

摘要 通过鉴定下线的阀控铅酸蓄电池,去除落后的失效单节后,根据需要进行补加水作业。利用除硫化充电机进行充电,对蓄电池进行容量复原,然后通过检测把满足需求的蓄电池制成备品。利用库存充电机进行浮充电储存备品蓄电池,可确保随时满足标准,及时补充上线。同时,提出备品蓄电池的报废鉴定标准。 This paper describes the spare VRLA battery management system.Through the identification of the offline VRLA batteries,the single backward cells are removed,and water is added according to the need.The capacity of the batteries are restored by charging.The treated and identified batteries can be made as spare ones and stored by floating charging,so as to ensure that the standard can be met at any time and added online in any time.At the same time,the scrapped identification standard of the spare batteries is proposed.
