摘要
通过分析确定了铅炭电池100%DOD深循环的失效模式主要是正极板活性物质软化脱落,并针对性地提出在正极铅膏中加入纳米4BS晶种,有效提高了正极板的深循环稳定性和活性物质的利用率。
Pb-C battery has been gradually used in the field of start-stop battery under partial-state-ofcharge operation,and solar and wind energy storage battery.However,there is still a lack of research on the deep cycling situation for Pb-C battery applications.In this paper,through an analysis of Pb-C battery with 100%DOD,we find that the failure mode is caused by the softening and shedding of positive active materials.Therefore,we bring forward the countermeasure to add nano-4BS seed crystal into positive paste,which could improve the cycling stability of positive plate under deep cycling situation and utilization efficiency of positive active materials.
