摘要
杨克烘缸是卫生纸机的核心部件,一般是由铸铁制造而成,应用时间超过100多年。现在,壁厚更薄、重量更轻、效率更高的钢制杨克烘缸开始大量普及和应用,已成为卫生纸机的标配。由于铸铁和钢材的膨胀系数不同,造成两者的轴承系统存在差别,钢制杨克烘缸需要更加科学、可靠的轴承系统来解决热膨胀或冷收缩产生的应力。
Yankee dryers are the core components of paper machines.They are generally made of cast iron and have been used for more than 100 years.Nowadays,steel Yankee dryers with thinner wall thickness,lighter weight,and higher efficiency have begun to be widely used and applied,and have become standard equipment for paper machines.Due to the different expansion coefficients of cast iron and steel materials,it will inevitably lead to differences in the design of their bearing systems,there must be a difference in the two bearing systems.Steel Yankee dryers need a more scientific and reliable bearing system to address the stress caused by thermal expansion or cold shrinkage.
