摘要
混合所有制办学模式中,职业学校与合作企业有了更多融合,双方在主体意识、合作框架、课程核心素养等方面都将有全新的定位与诠释。文章从尊重参与方主体意识,规范各方责、权、利分配;借鉴企业经营理念,激活机制创新活力;遵循学生身心发展规律,把机制创新红利覆盖全体学生等三方面阐释职业学校在混合所有制办学模式中的定位准则。
In the mode of mixed ownership,vocational schools and cooperative enterprises have more integration.Both sides have new positioning and interpretation in subject consciousness,cooperation framework,core quali⁃ties of curriculum and other aspects.This paper explains the positioning criteria of mixed ownership vocational school running mode from three aspects:respecting participants,standardizing the distribution of responsibilities,rights and interests of all parties,learning from the enterprise management concept,activating vitality of mecha⁃nism innovation,following the law of students'physical and mental development,and covering all students with the mechanism innovation bonus.
