辨证思维视角下的危机治理方式

Critical Crisis Management from the Perspective of Dialectical Thinking

近年来,国内外突发危机事件层出不穷,由此造成的损失十分巨大。如何处理好危机事件,把风险降到最低程度,迫切需要加强危机治理能力建设。而科学有效的应对方式,是化解危机的一个重要前提。从马克思主义的原理出发,运用辨证思维对危机问题进行反思,可以获取科学的洞见与哲学的诊断,从而实现超前应对、科学应对、有效应对。文章以中美贸易战、香港暴力犯罪和新冠肺炎疫情为观察对象,运用唯物辨证法的对立统一规律,从出发点、落脚点、着点力三方面,探讨了危机治理的方式。

In recent years,a variety of unexpected critical crisis events emerging one after another at home and abroad results in huge losses.It is urgent to strengthen the building of crisis management capacity to deal with un⁃expected crisis events and minimize risks.Scientific and effective response is an important prerequisite to resolve the crisis.Starting from the principle of Marxism,we can obtain scientific insight and philosophical diagnosis by using dialectical thinking to reflect on the crisis,thus to deal with crisis in advance scientifically and effectively.Taking the trade war between China and the United States,the violent crime in Hong Kong and the epidemic of COVID-19 as the objects,using the law of unity of opposites of materialist dialectics,this paper discusses the way of crisis management from three aspects:starting point,foothold and focus.
