多脾综合征CT影像表现分析

Analysis of CT Imaging Findings of Polyspleen Syndrome

目的分析多脾综合征的CT影像表现,探讨CT影像对其诊断价值,以期提高多脾综合征的认识。方法回顾性分析2016年10月至2018年12月经CT检查确诊的7例多脾综合征患者的CT影像和临床表现。结果7例患者中脾脏结节数目3-9个,均位于右上腹伴有胃反位;肝脏反位5例;胆囊反位1例和2例中位,其中1例伴结石;胰脏反位3例、短胰畸形3例;双侧上腔静脉畸形2例、下腔静脉入左心房1例;合并先天性法洛四联症心脏病1例;右肺异构1例。结论多脾综合征常伴有其他脏器发育畸形,CT检查能够精准发现异常征象,可对多脾综合征作出准确、全面的诊断,有助于减少漏诊、误诊的发生。

Objective In order to improve the understanding of polyspleen syndrome,we analyze the CT findings of polyspleen syndrome and explore the diagnostic value of CT images.Method The CT images and clinical manifestations of 7 patients with polyspleen syndrome diagnosed by CT from October 2016 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.Result Among the 7 patients,we find 3-9 splenic nodules(located in the right up⁃per abdomen with gastric inversion),5 inversion liver,1 reverse position and 2 median position,including 1 gall⁃stone,3 inversion of pancreas and 3 malformation of short pancreas,2 bilateral superior vena cava malformation and 1 inferior vena cava entering left atrium,1 congenital tetralogy of fallot and 1 Isomerism of the right lung.Conclusion Polysplenic syndrome is often accompanied with developmental malformations of other organs.CT examination can accurately detect abnormal signs and make an accurate and comprehensive diagnosis of Poly⁃splenic syndrome,which allows to reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
