永久性结肠造口患者病耻感的相关研究进展

Research Progress on Stigma in Patients with Permanent Colostomy

目的了解永久性结肠造口患者病耻感的相关研究进展。内容阐述了永久性结肠造口患者病耻感的概念及测量工具,综述了永久性结肠造口患者病耻感的研究现状,包含病耻感现状、来源、影响因素、对患者的影响及干预措施等。结果提出需要研制有效的针对性的肠造口患者病耻感测量工具,对永久性结肠造口患者的病耻感程度进行评估,并制定出降低患者病耻感的系统有效的干预措施。结论永久性结肠造口患者病耻感普遍存在,且处于中等水平,对患者自身及家属等均造成了不良影响。国内外均缺乏专门用于测量肠造口患者病耻感的评估量表,而有效的改善策略和措施尚无系统的、大量本的研究。

Objective Research progress in understanding pubic sensation of patients with permanent colostomy.Content This paper expounds the concept and measurement tools of pubic sensation in patients with permanent colostomy,and reviews the research status of pubic sensation in patients with permanent colostomy,including the current status,sources,influencing factors,effects on patients and intervention measures of pubic sensation.Results It is proposed that there is a need to develop effective tools to measure and assess the degree of pubic sensation in patients with permanent colostomy,and develop systematic and effective interven⁃tions to reduce pubic sensation in patients。Conclusion The pubic sensation of patients with permanent colosto⁃my is common and at a moderate level,which has adverse effects on the patients themselves and their families.There is a lack of assessment scales specifically used to measure the pubic sensation of patients with enterostomy at home and abroad,while there is no systematic and large number of studies on effective improvement strategies and measures.
