网络空间主流意识形态话语权的流失与重构

网络空间主流意识形态话语权建设,事关国家网络意识形态安全,彰显网络空间公共价值理性,是国家文化软实力建设的核心与灵魂。当前,网络空间主流意识形态的传播面临着信息碎片化、话语平权化、表达泛娱乐化以及传播方式圈层化的不利影响和多重消解,导致网络空间主流意识形态话语权的不断流失,陷入失声、失踪、失语以及难以建构和认同的话语困境。重构网络空间主流意识形态话语权,切实维护和保障国家网络意识形态安全,需要借助供给侧结构性改革思维,通过提升话语供给质量和水平、活化和创新话语表达方式、强化话语传播效能、净化网络话语生态等综合治理,不断提升主流意识形态的话语凝聚力、影响力、支配力和渗透力,从而最终实现网络空间主流意识形态话语权的回归和超越。

The construction of the mainstream ideological discourse power in cyberspace,the core and soul of the construction of national cultural soft power,is related to the security of national cyber ideology and demonstrates the rationality of the public value in cyberspace.At present,the spread of mainstream ideology in cyberspace is confronted with the adverse effects of fragmentation of information,equalization of discourse,pan-entertainment of expression and stratification of communication modes.As a result,the discourse power of the mainstream ideology in cyberspace has been continuously lost,falling into the discourse dilemma of loss of voice,aphasia and difficulty to construct and identify.To reconstruct the discourse power of mainstream ideology in cyberspace,and effectively maintain and guarantee the security of national network ideology,it is necessary to make use of the supply-side structural reform thinking to improve the quality and level of discourse supply,activate and innovate the way of discourse expression,strengthen the efficiency of discourse communication,and purify the ecology of network discourse,and constantly enhance discourse cohesion,influence,dominance and penetration of the mainstream ideology,so as to finally realize the return and transcendence of the mainstream ideological discourse in cyberspace.
