摘要
Web3.0在Web2.0开放互动的基础上,增加了价值分配的功能,其技术理念与云模式的结合,发展出"人力资源云"的互联网虚拟雇佣关系生态圈。基于"平台+个人"的平台型雇佣关系视角,人力资源云平台呈现出新的"互联网+"时代特征,并创新出服务商模式、仲裁员模式、聚合器模式、协调器模式四种类型。人力资源云平台促成了网络用户主体间互联互通以及大规模化的价值合作活动,围绕任务分解、任务分配、报酬支付、信息流动四类组织核心问题,人力资源云平台提供了新的解决方案,为组织形式的创新奠定了有效的运行基础。
On the basis of Web2.0's open interaction,Web3.0 adds the function of value distribution.And the combination of its technical concept with cloud model lead to the development of"human resource cloud",an Internet virtual employment relationship ecosystem.Based on the platform-based employment relationship of"platform+individual",the human resource cloud platform,which presents new"Internet plus"characters,is classified into four types:Facilitator model,Arbitrator model,Aggregator model and Coordinator model.The human resource cloud platform has facilitated the large-scale economic cooperation between network users.It has innovated new solutions to the core problems of task division,task allocation,reward distribution and information flows.And it has also laid an effective foundation for the organizational innovation.
