酸改性海泡石在V-Mo/Ti脱硝催化剂的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提升海泡石在V-Mo/Ti脱硝催化剂中的应用效果,对海泡石进行酸处理改性。在V-Mo/Ti脱硝催化剂制备过程中分别加入海泡石和酸改性海泡石,采用XRD、N 2-吸附脱附、拉曼光谱、UV-vis、H 2-TPR、XPS、NH 3-TPD等手段对催化剂进行表征。结果显示:酸改性处理有效提高了海泡石的比表面积和孔容,有利于催化剂上活性组分的分散,从而提升了催化剂的还原性能。酸改性前后海泡石的酸性变化,对催化剂的酸性影响较小。相比海泡石,采用酸改性海泡石所制备的催化剂,脱硝效率高,反应过程中N 2 O生成量少。 Sepiolite was modified by acid treatment to improve its application in the V-Mo/Ti de-NO x catalyst.Sepiolite and acid-treated sepiolite were used in the preparation of the V-Mo/Ti de-NO x catalysts,respectively.XRD,N 2-adsorption,Raman,UV-vis,H 2-TPR,XPS and NH 3-TPD analyses were carried out to characterize the catalysts.It was found that the BET surface area and the pore volume of the sepiolite increased after the acid treatment,which was benefit for the dispersion of the active sites of the catalyst.As a result,the reducibility of the catalyst was improved.The variation of the acidity of the sepiolite during the acid treatment had little effect on the acidity of the catalyst.By using of the acid-treated sepiolite,the catalyst exhibited the relatively higher NO x conversion and lower N 2 O generation than that of the catalyst with sepiolite.
