饱和络合脱硝液Fe(Ⅲ)EDTA的催化还原再生 被引量:2

摘要 研究了活性炭负载铜基催化剂应用于乙二胺四乙酸铁(二价)络合物(Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA)湿法除氮氧化物的催化性能。通过等体积浸渍的方法制备了负载铜基催化剂,对比了活性炭、酸碱改性活性炭和活性炭负载的Cu,Cu 2 O,CuO的脱硝效果。研究表明:提高再生过程的时间和温度,有利于脱硝液的再生和脱硝效率。通过碱改性的活性炭有助于脱硝液再生,负载铜基催化剂后湿法脱硝性能明显提升。以硼氢化钠碱溶液还原制备的活性炭负载铜催化剂具有稳定的Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA络合液脱硝性能。 The catalytic performance of cu-based supported on activated carbon catalyst for the removal of nitrogen oxide by iron(divalent)ethylenediamine tetraacetate(Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA)was studied.The supported copper catalysts were synthesized by equivalent-volume impregnation method.The denitrification effects of activated carbon,acid-base modified activated carbon and activated carbon loaded Cu,Cu 2 O and CuO were compared.The results show increasing the regeneration time and temperature was beneficial to the regeneration of denitrification solution and denitrification efficiency.It is particularly worth mentioning that the activated carbon modified by alkali was beneficial to improve denitration solution regeneration.And the denitrification performance of the supported copper-based catalyst was significantly improved.In addition,the activated carbon supported copper catalyst by sodium borohydride reduction has stable denitrification property of Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA solution.
