基于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情应急救治的国家公共卫生安全治理研究

Research of National Public Health Security Governance Based on COVID-19 Epidemic Emergency Treatment

我国在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情过程中所开展的卓有成效的应急救治工作赢得国际社会高度赞誉。新型冠状病毒肺炎应急救治实践既是对新中国成立70年、实行改革开放40年和实施新医改10年我国医疗卫生事业改革发展、卫生健康治理成就的全面检阅,也是对现实国家公共卫生安全治理机制和治理能力方面存在不足的全面检视,为完善我国公共卫生安全治理提供了难得的实践反思和启示。

China has been highly praised by the international community for its effective emergency treatment against COVID-19. The emergency treatment practice of COVID-19 has not only been the overall examination of China’s medical and health reform development and health care governance achievements 70 years since the founding of new China,40 years since the reform and opening-up policy and 10 years since the new medical and health care reform,but also the overall inspection of the shortcomings of China’s public health security governance mechanism and governance capability to provide the introspection and enlightenment of perfecting China’s public health security.
