摘要
加强新型冠状病毒肺炎重症患者救治质量管理是提高治愈率、降低病亡率的关键。武汉火神山医院是武汉市新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者的集中收治医院。结合医疗质量管理工作实践,介绍了建章立制、分级会诊、科学施救等主要做法和成效,分析了存在的问题和不足,从深化新型冠状病毒肺炎发病机理认识、强化质量过程管理、贯彻"四早"救治理念、创新诊疗技术等4个方面提出了对策和建议,为新型冠状病毒肺炎临床诊疗质量管理提供了借鉴。
Strengthening treatment and cure quality management of COVID-19 critically ill patients is the key of improving cure rate and reducing case fatality rate. Huoshenshan Hospital is the concentration receive and cure hospital of COVID-19 confirmed patients in Wuhan City. Through combining with the practice of medical quality management,the practice and achievements of establishing the system,grading consultation and scientific treatment are introduced,the problems and shortcomings are analyzed. Suggestions are proposed,including deepening the cognition of COVID-19 pathogenesis,strengthening quality process management,implementing "Four Early"treatment concept,and innovating diagnosis and treatment technology,in order to provide references for COVID-19 clinical diagnosis and treatment quality management.
