发热门诊作为发现和救治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的前沿哨口,在疫情防控中发挥了重要作用。但在实际运行过程中,也面临患者来源复杂、接诊压力巨大、诊疗效率低下、存在交叉感染风险等实际困难。在国家、省、市卫健委的积极倡导下,互联网医院发热咨询平台应运而生。结合南通市第六人民医院互联网医院发热咨询平台的建设运行情况,就线上发热咨询平台在新冠肺炎疫情防控中的功能设计、流程再造和未来趋势进行相关探讨,以期更好地整合线上线下资源,充分发挥互联网+医疗健康在前瞻性开展疫情防控工作中的支撑和服务作用。

As sentinel points for the detection and treatment of patients with COVID-19,the fever clinics have played an important role in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic. However,in the actual operation process of fever clinics,there are also practical difficulties,such as complex patient resources,great pressure on clinical reception,low efficiency of diagnosis and treatment and cross infection risk. Under the active advocacy of the national, provincial and municipal health committees, a fever consultation platform based on internet hospital has come into being. Combined with the construction and running conditions of the fever consultation platform based on internet hospital of Nantong Sixth People’s Hospital,the paper explored the function and flow design of online fever consultation platform in the control and prevention of COVID-19 epidemic and its future trend,so as to better integrate online and offline resources and give full play to the supporting and serving roles of the Internet + medical health in the proactive prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.
