Analysis of Operation Strategy of Tertiary Public Hospitals Under COVID-19 Epidemic Situation

新型冠状病毒肺炎防治工作中三级公立医院发挥了支柱性作用。随着疫情防控阶段变化,医院也需要随之调整自身运营策略,科学合理配置、调动资源,最大程度满足疫情防控和日常医疗服务需要。通过总结复旦大学附属华山医院在新冠疫情下的医院运营实践,探索在重大突发公共卫生事件下三级公立医院的分阶段运营策略,为进一步优化后续同类事件响应提供经验性参考。

Tertiary public hospitals have played a pivotal role in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. With the change of epidemic prevention and control phase,hospitals also need to adjust their own operating strategies,scientifically and rationally allocate and mobilize resources to meet the needs of epidemic prevention and control and daily medical services to the greatest extent. The paper summarizes the hospital operation practice of Huashan Hospital,Fudan University under COVID-19 epidemic situation,and explores the phased operation strategy of tertiary public hospitals under major public health emergencies,so as to provide empirical reference for further optimizing the response of similar incidents.
