北京市某三级综合医院医生行为选择现状分析

摘要 目的了解北京市某三级综合医院非管理层医生行为选择现状,探寻医生行为选择的影响因素,从而提出相应的对策建议。方法对120名医生进行问卷调查。结果医生EVLN行为4个维度基本在中等水平。退出行为在科室类别、婚姻状况、最高学位方面有差异,忽略行为在科室类别、最高学位方面有差异,组织忠诚在年龄分组、最高学位、职称、月收入方面有差异。4种行为选择之间存在一定的相关。结论在面临组织变革、工作不满等情况时要重视医生的自身特征,有针对性地进行引导,增强其主人翁意识,减少诸如离职等消极行为的发生。 Objective To understand the current situation of non-manager doctors’ behavior selection in a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Beijing City,and explore the influencing factors of employee behavior choices,and propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 120 doctors. Results EVLN behavior and its four dimensions were at a medium level. There was significantly different in exit behavior in department categories,marital status,and highest degree. There was significantly different in neglected behavior in department categories and the highest degree. There was significantly different in loyalty behavior in age group,highest degree,professional title and monthly income. There is certain correlation among four behaviors. Conclusion In the face of organizational changes and job dissatisfaction,attention should be paid to the doctor’s personal characteristics,targeted introductions be conducted,their sense of ownership be strengthened,and the occurrence of negative behaviors,such as separation,be reduced.
