摘要
目的以北京友谊医院为例,调查"新建院区"和"区办市管"两种医疗资源配置模式下医务人员的工作意愿度,分析影响因素。方法用自制的调查问卷向两种资源配置模式下的医务人员发放问卷,运用描述性统计、单因素检验和多因素logistic回归进行统计分析。结果 "新建院区"模式下医务人员的工作意愿度明显高于"区办市管"模式下医务人员的工作意愿度(P<0.05),工作职务、经济福利待遇认知是"区办市管"模式下医务人员工作意愿度的主要影响因素,工作能力认知、个人职业发展前景认知以及照料家庭认知是"新建院区"模式下医务人员工作意愿度的主要影响因素。结论对于"区办市管"模式,医务人员应该重视经济福利待遇和岗位激励;对于"新建院区"模式,医务人员应该给予更好的工作平台、提供良好的生活保障。
Objective Through take Beijing Friendship Hospital as an example,to investigate the willingness of medical staff to work under the two new medical resource allocation modes of"new hospital"and"municipal trusteeship of district-launched medical institution",analyze the influencing factors of willingness. Methods Questionnaires were distributed to medical staff in two resource allocation modes using a self-made questionnaire,using descriptive statistics,single factor test and multivariate logistic regression for statistical analysis. Results The willingness of medical staff in the"new hospital"mode is significantly higher than the willingness of medical staff under the "municipal trusteeship of district-launched medical institution" mode(P<0.05). The job title and economic welfare treatment are the main influencing factors on the willingness of medical staff under the "municipal trusteeship of district-launched medical institution"mode. The cognition of people’s work ability,the cognition of personal career development prospects,and the caring family cognition are the main influencing factors on the willingness of medical staff under the"new hospital"mode. Conclusion For the "municipal trusteeship of district-launched medical institution" mode, medical personnel should pay attention to economic welfare treatment and post incentives. For the"new hospital district"model,medical staff should give a better working platform and provide a good living guarantee.
