Influence of Coal Type and Coal Quality on Gasification

煤气化是实现我国能源结构化调整的重要战略技术手段,同时也适应我国国情的技术发展需求。立足于研究现状,首先介绍了不同类型的煤种对于煤气化生产的影响,其次则结合相关理化性质,分析了煤质对气化生产产生的复杂影响,并探讨了提升煤质控制水平,实现经济效益提升的优化策略,希望可以为促进行业全面健康发展创造良好的条件。

Coal gasification is an important strategic technical means to realize the structural adjustment of China’s energy,and it is also the technical development demand to adapt to China’s national conditions.Based on the research status,this paper first introduces the impact of different types of coal on coal gasification production,then analyzes the complex impact of coal quality on gasification production combined with relevant physical and chemical properties,and discusses the optimization strategy to improve the control level of coal quality and realize the improvement of economic benefits,hoping to create good conditions for promoting the overall and healthy development of the industry.
