摘要
低温甲醇洗工艺技术在煤化工生产中扮演着十分重要的角色。结合目前生产实践现状来看,低温甲醇洗工艺主要包括鲁奇公司与林德公司的两种专利技术。首先介绍了低温甲醇洗工艺技术的定义与技术特征,其次对鲁奇低温甲醇洗工艺的技术原理、工艺流程进行了探讨,最后对鲁奇低温甲醇洗工艺技术的操作要点、技术改造方向进行了阐述,希望可以进一步解决技术实施过程中的问题,为促进行业可持续健康发展创造良好的条件。
Low temperature methanol washing technology plays a very important role in coal chemical production.According to the current production practice,the low-temperature methanol washing process mainly includes two patented technologies of Lurgi company and Linde company.This paper first introduces the definition and technical characteristics of low-temperature methanol washing technology,then discusses the technical principle and process flow of Lurgi low-temperature methanol washing technology,and finally expounds the operation points and technical transformation direction of Lurgi low-temperature methanol washing technology,hoping to further solve the problems in the process of technology implementation,in order to promote the sustainable health of the industry Healthy development creates good conditions.
