摘要
兖矿鲁南化工有限公司醋酸装置在产能进一步优化提升过程中,低压吸收塔限制瓶颈问题凸显,随着生产负荷的提升,精馏放空尾气量增加,低压吸收塔运行指标逐渐恶化,并出现拦液现象,影响吸收效果,不但造成碘甲烷损失,同时造成火炬跑碘环保事故。为了消除系统环保隐患,同时为了满足产能进一步提升需求,低压吸收塔亟需实施改造。
