摘要 根据煤化工各类爆炸事故的主要原因,绝大多数是由电气爆炸引起的,目前,电气爆炸危险性极大降低。主要分析了煤化工电气的防爆方法。为降低电气爆炸保护,应按防爆规范设计,选用优质防爆电气产品,正确使用各类防爆电气设备;加强化工厂工人防爆安全知识和技术培训,提高防爆工作效率,实现碳素化学品安全生产。 According to the main causes of various explosion accidents in coal chemical industry,most of them are caused by electrical explosions.At present,because the danger of electrical explosions can be greatly reduced,this paper mainly analyzes the explosion-proof methods of coal chemical electrical appliances :how to reduce electrical explosion protection ,Designed according to explosion-proof specifications,select high-quality explosion-proof electrical products,and correctly use all kinds of explosion-proof electrical equipment.Strengthen explosion-proof safety knowledge and technical training for chemical plant workers,improve explosion- proof work efficiency,and realize the safe production of carbon chemicals.
