In the process of a country’s economic development and construction,manufacturing industry is not only an important part of the economic structure,but also has a very important influence on the country’s economic and political status in the world. Throughout Europe and the United States and other developed countries,manufacturing industry is regarded as one of the key national development strategies in the development process.Since the reform and opening up,China has vigorously developed its manufacturing industry,and now it has become the leading manufacturing country in the world.With the continuous development of China's social economy,the rising labor cost,and the increasingly fierce international competition,these factors have caused a huge impact on the development of China's manufacturing industry.With the deepening of the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure, China's manufacturing industry is also developing towards automation and intelligence,which has greatly promoted the overall automation and intelligence level of China's social economy.Among them,the wide application of digital plant technology is one of the important contents of automation and intelligent development in China.This paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the application of Digital Factory Technology in the intelligent manufacturing of boilers,and puts forward scientific and reasonable suggestions in combination with the overall development level of automation and intelligence in China's manufacturing industry,so as to play a positive role in improving the technical level of China's digital factory and promoting the further development of the manufacturing industry.
