In this paper,the independent implementation of technical work,such as compliance evaluation,process analysis,emission source positioning and so on,for the newly built alkylation unit and oil and gas recovery unit of Urumqi petrochemical company incorporated into the company’s VOCs control system,is described,and the actual effect and significance of the implementation of this work are clarified.
