摘要
当前石油化工企业非常重视生产装置的安全、平稳运行。特别要求供电连续、稳定,在外电网故障失电情况下,装置能否安全停车至关重要。分析了今年装置检修时,模拟外电网失电,事故母线负荷电机分批自启动的测试过程,重点分析了快锅风机自启动失败的原因。
At present,petrochemical enterprises attach great importance to the safe and stable operation of production equipment.In particular,the power supply is required to be continuous and stable.In the event of failure of the external power grid,whether the device can be safely shut down is crucial.Analyzed the test process of simulating external power grid outage and accidental bus load motor self-starting in batches during the overhaul of this year’s equipment,and focused on analyzing the reasons for the failure of selfstarting of fast boiler fans.
