摘要
HAZID是一种危险源辨识的方法,以可发性聚苯乙烯生产装置反应过程为例,综合行业内事故信息与Bow-Tie顶上事件推导及GB6441和GB13861系统化分类方法,集合项目管理、生产运行和工程技术等多专业经验,运用引导词组成结构化检查表,以头脑风暴的方式来系统识别危险源并评估风险。
