摘要 针对加压泵控制汽水混合喷嘴产生大颗粒雾化喷射模式,产生的水的雾化颗粒大、喷射后易行成水滴、雾化效果差的弊病,提出了一种片烟复烤机回潮段环形多喷嘴雾化装置,该装置采用“分区多点喷射”技术,将相关控制喷嘴进行优化组合,重新设计喷射空间,优化管路结构,改进原有的雾化水效果,形成更为科学合理的多点喷射模式,对提升复烤加工技术水平具有重要作用。 In view of the disadvantages of the large-atom atomization spray mode generated by the pressure pump controlling the steam-water mixing nozzle,the generated water has large atomization particles,is easy to form water droplets after injection,and has a poor atomization effect.A ring-shaped multi-nozzle atomizing device in the resurgence section.This device uses the“ partitioned multi- point injection” technology to optimize the combination of related control nozzles,redesign the injection space,optimize the pipeline structure,improve the original atomizing water effect,and form a more The scientific and reasonable multi-point spraying mode plays an important role in improving the technical level of leaf-re-baking processing.
