摘要
油田开采作为我国社会经济发展的支柱产业,在开采生产过程中往往有着更高的工艺需求。在油田生产或者是储运的过程中,往往会产生一种含油的固体废物,这种含油的固体废物不仅组成复杂,同时沥青质和胶质重组分增多,往往处理起来比较困难。对这种落地油泥进行处理,避免污染,是油田开采重要的处理工艺。基于此,对落地油泥污染进行分析,提出了油土分离工艺策略。
As the pillar industry of China’s social and economic development,oilfield exploitation often has higher technological requirements in the process of exploitation and production.In the process of oil field production or storage and transportation,a kind of oil-bearing solid waste is often produced.This kind of oil-bearing solid waste not only has complex composition,but also has more asphaltene and gum recombinants,which is often difficult to deal with.It is an important treatment technology for oil field to treat the mud and avoid some pollution.Based on this,through the analysis of the pollution of the landing sludge,this paper puts forward some oil-soil separation technology strategies.
