摘要
针对天然气管道内减阻涂层的防腐技术问题,结合我国天然气管道内减阻涂层的使用现状,对内减阻涂层的防腐技术要求进行深入分析,对内减阻涂层防腐材料进行对比优选。研究表明:天然气管道内减阻涂层对防腐技术的要求相对较高,因此需要对防腐材料进行合理的对比优选,对常见的四种防腐材料进行对比后发现,双组分液体环氧涂料的性能相对较好,且能满足内减阻涂层防腐技术要求,因此推荐使用双组分液体环氧涂料。
In view of the anti-corrosion technology of internal drag reduction coatings for natural gas pipelines,this study combined with the status quo of the use of internal drag reduction coatings for natural gas pipelines in China,firstly conducted an in- depth analysis of the anti-corrosion technical requirements of internal drag reduction coatings,The comparison and optimization of coating anti-corrosion materials will lay a foundation for the further development of anti-corrosion coating anti-corrosion technology in natural gas pipelines in China.The research shows that the anti-corrosion technology of the drag reduction coating in the natural gas pipeline is relatively high,so it is necessary to compare and optimize the anti-corrosion materials reasonably.After comparing the four common anti-corrosion materials,it is found that the two-component liquid epoxy coating The performance is relatively good,and it can meet the anti-corrosion technical requirements of the internal drag reduction coating,so it is recommended to use a two-component liquid epoxy coating.
