摘要
研究了乳化炸药专用复合蜡的配制,根据含油量、馏程、碳分布及针入度等参数确定了乳化炸药的调和组分,进而分析了各组分对产品质量的影响,确定最优产品配方。比较了行业标准丁酮-甲苯法和国标丁酮法两种含油量测定方法。结果表明,石化行业标准丁酮-甲苯法(NB/SH/T 055)更适用于乳化炸药复合蜡的含油量测定。
The formulation of special composite wax for emulsified explosives was studied.The blending components of emulsified explosives were determined according to parameters such as oil content,distillation range,carbon distribution and penetration,and then the impact of each component on product quality was analyzed to determine the most Excellent product formula.By comparing the two oil content determination methods of the industry standard butanone-toluene method and the national standard butanone method,the results show that the petrochemical industry standard butanone-toluene method( NB /SH /T 055)is more suitable for the determination of the oil content of the emulsion explosive composite wax.
