摘要
主要从生产工艺和测试规范两个方面展开讨论,分析如何提高锂离子电池安规认证中热滥用试验的通过率。在进行热滥用试验时,会因为设备的差异及人为操作等因素,引起试验结果的差异;还有在工厂实际生产中经常会因为项目周期的计划更改压缩生产工序的时间,以及手工卷绕的人为因素等原因,会造成试验失败。通过相应管理和改善,提高了热滥用试验的通过率。
This paper mainly discusses the production process and test specifications,and analyzes how to improve the pass rate of thermal abuse test in safety certification of lithium-ion battery.During the heat abuse test,the test results will be different due to the differences of equipment,human operation and other factors;in the actual production of the factory,the time of compression production process will often be changed due to the plan of project cycle,and the human factors of manual winding will cause the test failure.Through the corresponding management and improvement,the heat abuse test can be greatly improved Pass rate.
