摘要
采用石墨消解-火焰原子吸收分光光度计对土壤及沉积物中铜、锌、铅、镍和铬进行测定,结果表明:该方法的线性良好,检出限、精密度、准确度和样品加标回收率都符合相关质量控制要求,利用该方法测定土壤及沉积物中铜、锌、铅、镍和铬结果令人满意。
Graphite digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine copper,zinc,lead,nickel and chromium in soil and sediment.The test results show that the method has good linearity,detection limit,precision,accuracy and The recovery rates of the spiked samples all met the relevant quality control requirements.The results of this method for the determination of copper,zinc,lead,nickel and chromium in soil and sediment were satisfactory.
