摘要 闵行水厂共有四套制水系统,投加次氯酸钠为消毒剂,而且基本都是采用人工方式投加,投加基本依靠制水工人的经验和技术,主要对影响加氯的主要原水水质指标如氨氮,亚硝酸盐,水温等主要指标进行研究,最终分析出这几个主要指标的相关性,确定加氯比列系数。自加氯系统将采用多因子串接控制方式,根据原水的主要指标和原水的流量对多因子串联进行加氯控制,并在实际的实验过程中修改系数,使系数不断得到完善,对实验进行多次分析和研究。经过实验,有效保证水质中余氯指标稳定,又能节省投氯量,减少了人为的操作误差,在闵行水厂的实际应用中极大减少了工人的劳动强度,也节约了制水成本。 There are four sets of water production systems in Minhang Water Plant.Sodium hypochlorite is added as a disinfectant, and it is basically added manually.The dosing basically depends on the experience and technology of the water workers,which mainly affects the main effects of chlorination.Raw water quality indicators such as ammonia nitrogen,nitrite,water temperature and other main indicators are studied,and finally the correlation of these several main indicators is analyzed to determine the chlorine addition coefficient( k value).The self-chlorination system will use multi-factor series connection The control method is based on the combination of the main index of raw water and the flow rate of raw water,and the multi-factor chlorination control is effective.The coefficient is modified in the actual experiment process to continuously improve the coefficient.The experiment has been analyzed and studied many times.Through experiments,the residual chlorine index in the water quality is effectively ensured,and the amount of chlorine input can be saved,which reduces the human operation error.In the practical application of the Minhang Water Plant,it shows that the labor intensity of the workers on duty is greatly reduced and the cost of water production is also saved..
