摘要 羟基多溴联苯醚已在众多环境介质甚至人体内广泛存在,且具有甲状腺、神经及生殖等毒性作用,给生态和人类健康带来的潜在风险越来越受到人们的关注。有机质对沉积物中污染物的迁移转化、毒性和生物有效性具有重要影响。因此,有必要针对生物有效性这一问题,进一步研究有机质对沉积物中OH-PBDEs生物有效性的影响及机制,以深入了解OH-PBDEs的环境行为及归宿,为正确评价其生态毒性和健康风险提供科学依据。 Hydroxypolybrominated diphenyl ethers have been widely present in many environmental media and even human bodies,and have toxic effects such as thyroid,nerve and reproduction.The potential risks to ecology and human health have attracted more and more attention.Organic matter has an important influence on the migration,transformation,toxicity and bioavailability of pollutants in sediments.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the effect and mechanism of organic matter on the bioavailability of OH-PBDEs in sediments in order to understand the environmental behavior and fate of OH-PBDEs in order to correctly evaluate their ecotoxicity Provide scientific basis for health risks.
