油井复合解堵剂的性能评价

摘要 我国90%以上的油田已进入三次采油阶段,过程中会引入大量杂物对地层造成伤害,造成油气采出通道堵塞。油井复合解堵剂能够解决这一难题涉及的油井复合解堵剂以过氧化物为主要成分,并添加了缓蚀剂等辅料,通过降解验、杀菌实验、除硫实验、腐蚀实验对其进行性能评价。 More than 90% of China’s oilfields have entered the stage of tertiary oil recovery.In the process,a large number of debris will be introduced to cause damage to the formation and block the oil and gas production channel.This problem can be solved by the compound plug remover of oil well.The compound plug remover in this paper is mainly composed of peroxide and added with auxiliary materials such as corrosion inhibitor.Its performance is evaluated by degradation test,sterilization test,sulfur removal test and corrosion test.
