结合目前化工园区的特点,阐述了创建环保安全示范园区的目标与举措,并以嘉兴港区化工园区的建设实践为例,提出以园区应急管理、智能管理及企业标准化管理的手段,实现园区应急救援能力、智慧决策能力和风险防控能力的全面提升,为化工园区及企业落实环境安全管理提供借鉴。

This paper expounds the goal and measures of creating environmental and safety demonstration park,with combining the characteristics of chemical industry park.Taking the construction practice of Jiaxing Port Chemical Industry Park as an example,it proposes to use the methods of emergency management,intelligent management and standardized management of the enterprise to realize the comprehensive improvement of the emergency rescue capabilities,intelligent decision-making capabilities and risk prevention and control capabilities.This paper can be helpful for implementing environmental safety management.
