油田开发建设项目环境影响后评价的特点及跟踪监测问题探讨

The characteristics of environmental impact post-assessment and discussion of track-monitoring about petroleum development projects

油田开发建设项目在建设、运行过程中会在很多方面产生不符合经审批的环境影响评价文件的情形,应依法开展环境影响后评价。跟踪监测是环境影响后评价发现问题和验证评价的主要手段之一,本文选择土壤、地下水两个要素,对油田开发项目跟踪监测方面的问题进行探讨,由此提出几点建议。

In the process of construction and operation about petroleum development projects,there will be a situation that does not conform to the approved environmental impact assessment documents in many aspects,so the environmental impact post-assessment should be carried out with the law.Track-monitoring is a important mean to find problems and verify evaluation.In this paper,soil and groundwater element are selected to discuss the problems of track-monitoring,and some suggestions are put forward.
