固定污染源工业废气净化装置进、出口烟气流量差异性的探讨

Discussion on the difference of flue gas flow in and out of industrial waste gas purification plant with fixed pollution source

本文采用GB/T16157-1996方法,在正常工况下,使用烟尘气测试仪对3套不同挥发性有机物净化装置进、出口烟气流量、标杆流量等参数进行了测量,结果表明:净化装置进口烟气流量大于出口烟气流量,差异范围在6.0%~16.2%之间。同时本文对差异原因进行了简单分析,为实际监测工作提供了参考价值。

GB/T16157-1996 method was used to measure the inlet and outlet flue gas flow rate and benchmark flow rate of 3 sets of different volatile organic compounds purification devices under normal working conditions.The results show that the inlet flue gas flow rate is higher than the outlet flue gas flow rate.The differences ranged from 3.0%to 16.2%.This paper makes a simple analysis of the reasons for the difference,and provides reference value for the actual monitoring work.
