摘要
由于六价铬对人体和植物有非常严重的毒害,因此水质六价铬的测定是当前环境监测的一项重要指标。本文通过配制混合酸以及含酸显色剂简化二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定水质六价铬的步骤,以提高水质六价铬测定效率。
Because hexavalent chromium has very serious toxic effects on humans and plants,the measurement of hexavalent chromium in water quality is an important indicator for current environmental monitoring.In this paper,a mixed acid and an acid-containing developer are used to simplify the diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometric determination of hexavalent chromium in water and improve the efficiency of hexavalent chromium determination.
