摘要
于常温条件下,生物滴滤塔将陶粒与WD-F10-4设作为填料净化处理硫化氢废气(H2S),研究H2S负荷、气体停滞时间等指标不同时对生物滴滤塔性能形成的影响。总结本次实验研究历程,总结实验结果后发现,当气体浓度是400㎎/m³,H2S负荷是32g/(m³·h),淋喷量4L/h,气体停滞时间为是47s时,生物滴滤塔剔除H2S效率能达到97.1%,且运作全过程,均未观察到填料堵塞等异常状况,提示系统所选用的填料有一定推广价值。
Under normal temperature conditions,the biofilter uses ceramsite and WD-F10-4 as fillers to purify and treat hydrogen sulfide waste gas(H2S).The effects of H2S load and gas stagnation time on the performance formation of biofilter are studied.The results show that when the gas concentration is 400㎎/m³,H2S load is 32 g/(m^3·h)and the gas stagnation time of 4 L/h,is 47 s,the removal efficiency can reach 97.1%.The filler selected by the system has certain popularization value.
