县级行政区域环境监管能力的建构与成效——以浙江苍南为例

Construction of environmental monitoring model at county-level——A case study of Cangnan county

十九大以来,苍南县积极推进环境监管能力创新与建构,探索“执法+”模式(即执法+平台、执法+机制、执法+品牌)在县级行政区域环境监察执法工作中的适用性和具体成效,为我国基层环保部门构建符合当地实际、行之有效的环境监察模式提供借鉴。

Since the 19th CPC national congress,Cangnan actively promoted innovation and construction of environmental monitoring model,and explored applicability and concrete results of“law enforcement+”(platform,mechanism,brand)mode at county-level.The practice in Cangnan will provide some revelation for the local environmental protection departments that wish long for a environmental supervision of practical and effective.
