社区公园适老性健康收益及其规划设计影响因子研究——以杭州市为例

Study on the Elderly People's Health Benefits of Community Parks and its Influencing Factors in Planning and Design——A Case Study of Hangzhou

社区公园是老年人户外活动的主要场所,发挥社区公园的健康效能对提升老年人健康水平、建设健康城市具有重要意义。文章利用问卷访谈法与SPSS数据分析,对杭州12个社区公园研究得出:绝大多数的受访老人对使用社区公园带来的健康收益持肯定态度;心理健康与社会健康是其认为使用社区公园的主要健康收益;社区公园的设计功能质量、规划环境质量、景观设施质量、景观视觉质量、景观空间质量5个公共因子对老人使用、获得社区公园的健康收益具有影响;设计功能质量、规划环境质量两个公共因子的影响相对最显著。

Community parks are the main places for the elderly to do outdoor activities.Community parks can play an important role on improving the health level of the elderly and building the healthy city.The article takes twelve community parks in Hangzhou as an example,through questionnaire interview and SPSS analysis,the main conclusions were drawn as follows.The majority of the interviewed elderly hold a positive attitude towards the health benefits brought by using community parks.They thought the mental health and social health are the main health benefits of using community parks.Through the principal component analysis,five common factors,including the design function quality,planning environment quality,landscape facilities quality,landscape visual quality,landscape space quality,were found to have an impact on the elderly's usage of the community park.Two common factors,including functional quality and planning environmental quality,have the most significant influence relatively.
