基于地区差异性的城市CBD发展模式优化研究——以温州市滨江商务区为例

Research on Optimization of Urban CBD Development Model Based on Regional Difference——Take Wenzhou Binjiang Business District as an Example

CBD是集金融、贸易、产业、服务、交通和居住等功能于一体的城市核心区域建筑群,是城市设计及区域发展的重要元素。但是不同城市的CBD需要根据地区差异性找到适合自身的发展模式,才能带动城市的综合发展。温州滨江商务区就是利用了温州的地域文化特色、人文自信和温商历史等地区特点,引入金融创新和功能复合策略,激活了区域的经济体制,推动了温州的城市发展。

CBD is a core group of urban areas that integrates functions of finance,trade,industry,service,transportation and residence,which is an important element of urban design and regional development.However,the CBD of different cities needs to find suitable development pattern refer to the regional differences to promote the comprehensive development of the city.Based on Wenzhou's regional cultural characteristics,humanistic self-confidence and Wen business history,Wenzhou Binjiang Business District introduces regional financial innovation and functional composite strategies,which contributes to the activated regional economic system and promoted Wenzhou's urban development.
